Shipping policy

New Orders:

ROADTEK ships from our fulfillment centers in the US.
EJacks are heavy and larger in size so we contract with various shippers who can handle these types of packages.
The shipping company depends on the type of order.    
We require signature release for apartments and higher populated residential areas where there is a greater chance for shipments to be stolen.  We currently charge $10 for a signature release.  
We aim to fulfill orders withing 24-48 hours after payment is received. 
Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.  Most orders will be received in 3-4 days but factors including season, weather, strikes, and inventory can affect timing. 

Shipping Cutoff Times:

Holiday cut off times and will be posted on our site for FedEx and UPS. 

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs are a flat fee model designed to make shipping larger items cost effective and easy for our customers.  ROADTEK reserves the right to change shipping fees at any time. 

Back Order and Preorders: 

Back orders will calculate and charge for shipping at check out.  This will hold your place in line for incoming stock.  

Preorders will calculate product cost and calculate shipping when order is fulfilled.  The credit card on file will be charged at that time.  You will receive a notification via email.  

Back Order and Preorder Pricing 

If a back order is placed and prices go up due to tariffs or other requirements, the price will be honored. 

If a preorder is placed and prices go up due to tariffs or other requirements, the price will be changed and affected orders will receive an email providing the option to cancel or change the order.
